The feed barge is well-equipped and prepared with a connection for shore power. The barge has a storage capacity of 650 tonnes of feed distributed over 12 silos and is delivered with the 4th generation management system AKVA connect.

The barge is reinforced in the hull so that it can be used in locations exposed to rough seas and wind. This gives the customer great flexibility in relation to which areas the barge can serve, says Regional Manager for Sales in the North region, Jøran Strand at AKVA group.
