As Chief Digital Officer you will, together with your dedicated and competent management team, ensure that the digital agenda keep in step with the company’s vision for an effective and profitable industry. AKVA group’s three digital platforms provide innovative software services and solutions that ensure optimal efficiency, excellent quality, and increased profitability for the farmer. The CDO also holds the responsibility for AKVA group´s overall IT operations and infrastructure.
We believe that the CDO has strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and create cooperative actions across teams. You have a strong technology acumen, a proven track record from previous roles where you have led the strategic development and delivery of digital solutions and sound knowledge of digital business models. The CDO will play an important role in relevant sales and marketing activities, and a commercial mindset combined with the ability to build strong relations are key to succeed in the role.

The CDO is part of group management team and reports to CEO. Office location is Klepp Stasjon. AKVA group´s offices in Trondheim and Bergen can also be considered as locations, however presence at Klepp Stasjon is expected.
